The Ramp Finance Department  Assistant supports the finance department through a variety of administrative tasks. Requiring an individual with the highest level of character and integrity, this assistant ensures all duties are accurately completed in a timely manner with great attention to detail. The Finance Admin Assistant must have a teachable attitude and must be willing to learn through a hands-on, task-oriented approach.

Time frame and Commitment: August 11, 2025- May 2nd, 2026

Desired skill sets for the finance student employee include:
 

• Proven administrative or assistant experience

• Knowledge of and familiarity with office management systems and procedures

• Excellent Time Management

• Ability to prioritize work

• Attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Organization and excellent systematic order

• Knowledge of general accounting procedures would be preferred but is not required

• Written and oral communication skills

• Task-oriented; ability to stay on task and complete a checklist

• Ability to keep finance records confidential 

 

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in maintaining the Ramp's donor records 

• Data entry on various financial management platforms, including Quickbooks, PushPay, and Populi

• Assisting with filing responsibilities in the finance office

• Communication with employees about receipts and adherence to finance policies

• Communication with students about payment notices and adherence to finance policies

• Assistance with the preparation of conference, church, and store deposits
